2. Description of Service

Onsight is an on-demand local photography marketplace that connects requesters who need specific photos with photographers who can fulfill those requests. Users can create photo missions, submit photos, and earn rewards for selected submissions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you submit to the Service. By submitting photos, you grant Onsight a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your photos in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the photos.

5. Missions and Rewards

Requesters set reward amounts for photo missions. Onsight does not guarantee that any submitted photo will be selected or rewarded. Reward distribution is at the sole discretion of the requester, subject to the reward type selected for each mission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: submit photos you do not have rights to; use the Service for any illegal purpose; harass, abuse, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Onsight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
